A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Behind-The-Wheel and/or Driver Education Courses:

Students must have a valid California Learners Permit or Driver's License which must be physically present during the driving lesson. 

A forfeited lesson is when an instructor arrives at a lesson for any of the following: 

  • The student does not have a valid California Learners Permit or Driver's License. 

  • The student is impaired for any reason (lack of sleep, intoxication, medication, etc.). 

  • The student isn't wearing the correct footwear which may impair the ability to safely operate the vehicle (sandals not accepted at all).

  • The student has corrective lenses restrictions and shows up without glasses or contacts. 

  • The student did not confirm a lesson cancellation with our online portal or with the office, prior to the driver leaving for the day (typically before 8am.)

Refund Policy:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS

Stallion School of Driving has developed a rescheduling and cancellation policy that's understanding and fair for both parties. Please review the following policy before signing up for the class. We encourage you to ask questions about our cancellation policy beforehand. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be completed online through the student portal.

• Emailing or texting appointment change requests, will not be accepted and messages typically are responded within 48 hours.

• Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): $95. 

• Forfeited Lesson: Full lesson price. 

*NOTE: If you cannot reach the office, you are able to cancel via the student portal schedule by clicking the pen icon on the lesson.

 

 Privacy of information and integrity:

• Once You book a lesson with us Stallion School of Driving at any time, you are automatically consented to accept all our policies.

• You agree to share all your information to be used for marketing purposes on social media or other platforms and reaching all ages.

• You agree to all your information to be subject to research studies purposes.

• We as Stallion School of Driving have the right to not reveal any personal information about our workers or owners.

• Slender, blackmail, or any kind of harassment over the internet or anywhere towards our company, workers and instructors are not acceptable for any reason. are subjected to legal precautions.

• ​Our company do not tolerate any kind of harassment, racism, discrimination and threatening. are subjected to legal precautions
 

Certificate of Completion:

 

• In order to be eligible to receive a Driver's Education certificate, student drivers must complete 30 hours of online classroom. 

• In order to be eligible to receive a Behind The Wheel certificate, student drivers must complete 6 hours of lessons. 

• Before issuing any certificate, the student Account Balance must be paid in full. 

• Reissuing any certificate will be a $25 surcharge.

 

Appointment Policy:

 

• Driving lessons must be completed within a 1-year timeframe from the initial booking.

• All appointments are scheduled for 2-hour to 3 hours intervals and subject to change times or instructors from the initial booking. The office will reach out to update the student and if there is no response, we will continue with the revised schedule update. 

• Students are responsible to check driver availability with Stallion School of Driving before scheduling DMV Drive Test with a Stallion School of Driving vehicle. When taking your DMV with Stallion School of Driving car, please call the office to coordinate this. 

• instructors have an 80-minute window before and/or after the scheduled lesson time for arriving or finishing the lesson.

• Students late to the driving lesson will not get compensated additional time and must end the lesson at the assigned time.

• Instruction hours are not transferable among students. Transfer of the tuition fee from one member of the family to another younger member of the family is not allowed. 

• Whenever a student has a forfeited lesson, they may use their additional lesson in way of a make-up lesson. 

• Stallion School of Driving reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. and reserves the right to protect the workers and the instructors safety and dignity.

 

Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling appointments can made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled drive lesson by the student/parent/guardian. Requests will be considered a cancellation if made less than 48 hours in advance).
