Website accessibility

We want every family to be able to read about lessons, book and manage them on this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our goal

Stallion School of Driving (Chico) aims for this website and the customer account to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We build pages with semantic headings, labelled form fields, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, and error messages that are announced to screen readers. The booking steps move focus to each step's heading and list what is missing before you can continue.

Known limitations

• Sign-in and payment happen on pages run by our platform provider (Wix). We choose their accessible options, but we don't control those pages' code.
• The drag-to-reschedule calendar used by our staff needs a mouse or touch; families change lessons with buttons and forms instead.
• Some older blog images may have brief descriptions; we are improving them.

Need help or found a barrier?

We will help you book, change or pay for a lesson another way, at the same price. Call or text 530-630-9998 or email Support@stallion-school.com and tell us the page and what went wrong. We answer within 2 business days and fix confirmed barriers as fast as we can. Everything you need is in your dashboard; for urgent same-day issues, text or call 530-630-9998.

Lesson accommodations

For accommodations during lessons (communication, vehicle, pickup or scheduling needs), see Accessibility & equal service in the Customer Agreement. You can also add a note in the student's record; it is never used to approve or refuse a booking.

Last reviewed September 28, 2026. We re-check the site with automated tools (axe / Lighthouse) and keyboard and screen-reader testing before each major change.
