Customer Enrollment, Booking, Payment, Privacy, Safety and Service Agreement
This agreement governs enrollment, payment, scheduling, instruction, customer records, communications, safety, conduct, and dispute handling for Stallion School of Driving's Chico branch. The confirmed order summary identifies the student, purchaser, selected service, price, payment arrangement, and transaction date and is part of this agreement. The responsible customer must read and accept these terms before purchase or booking.
Parties, scope and agreement formation
Stallion School of Driving Chico, California DMV school license E0271, is called Stallion in this agreement. Customer means the person who purchases, books, manages, or accepts responsibility for the service. Student means the person receiving instruction. For a minor, customer includes the parent or legal guardian who accepts this agreement.
The agreement consists of the confirmed order summary, these terms, any service specific disclosure shown before purchase, and any separately signed enrollment record. It becomes effective when the customer electronically accepts it, signs it, purchases a service, or uses a service after receiving access to the terms. If a separately signed enrollment agreement directly conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that purchase, subject to applicable law.
The customer must verify the student's legal name, date of birth, contact information, parent or guardian, emergency contact, permit or license status, selected service, price, pickup location, and payment arrangement. Stallion may correct an obvious administrative error after giving written notice, but will not materially change a completed purchase without the customer's agreement unless law requires the change.
Family accounts and students under eighteen
One responsible adult may manage more than one child through a family account, but each student must have a separate student profile, permit record, lesson history, credits, instructor notes, completion record, and emergency information. Credits and certificates cannot be combined between siblings.
A parent or guardian enrolling a minor confirms authority to act for the student and to receive account, scheduling, payment, safety, and completion information. The adult must keep emergency information current and remain reasonably reachable during a lesson. Stallion may contact the adult when a lesson changes, the student is unready, a safety concern occurs, or urgent consent is reasonably needed.
For a minor, routine service communications may be sent to the responsible adult and, when appropriate, the student. Instructors must use authorized school channels except for necessary lesson day logistics or an emergency. Personal, social, or unrelated communication between instructors and minor students is prohibited.
Pricing, payment and receipts
The price and included services are those shown in the confirmed order summary. Promotions apply only during their stated period and cannot be combined unless Stallion confirms otherwise in writing. A later price change does not alter a completed purchase.
Listed prices are for payment by card online. Paying by cash or check to your instructor at the lesson receives a cash discount; the cash or check price is shown next to the listed price. Fees, such as the restoration and replacement certificate fees, are the same however they are paid. Whole packages (the Diamond package and the DMV exam package) are paid in full: online at checkout, or, for a pay-in-person booking request that Stallion confirms, the full cash or check package price is paid to the instructor at the first lesson of the package, before driving begins. No Stallion package, lesson, or plan renews automatically or charges a card again without a new purchase.
Stallion may accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or separately approved in writing. Cash and check payments must be recorded on the student's account and supported by a receipt. An instructor may accept payment only when Stallion authorizes the collection and issues or records a receipt. The customer should not send permit images, banking information, or other sensitive records through an unapproved personal channel.
An installment is due on the date shown in the payment schedule. Stallion may place future bookings, certificates, and unused credits on hold while a balance, returned payment, lawful charge, or payment dispute remains unresolved. A returned check may be charged no more than the service charge California Civil Code section 1719 allows (currently $25 for the first returned check and $35 for each later one), and a reversed or returned card payment may be charged only the actual provider cost disclosed before payment, to the extent permitted by law. Stallion will not add an undisclosed discretionary fee.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when it appears as confirmed in the customer account or Stallion sends written confirmation. Displayed availability, a cart selection, an incomplete checkout, a voicemail, or an unanswered message does not reserve a time.
A lesson paid online is booked when checkout completes. A lesson or whole package to be paid in person is a booking request: it holds the chosen time while Stallion reviews it, may involve a phone call, and is booked only when Stallion confirms it in the account. Stallion confirms or declines a request before the lesson, within 24 hours at the latest; a request that is declined or not confirmed in time releases the time and costs nothing. Returning families in good standing may be confirmed at once. A request needs the student's complete record, including the permit number, issue and expiration dates (valid on the lesson date), legal name exactly as on the permit, date of birth, home address, school, emergency contact, the permit's corrective-lens restriction and, when Stallion requires them, the permit's height, weight, eye and hair color. A permit photo is optional. At the first lesson the instructor checks the original permit in person.
Normal online booking requires at least 4 hours of lead time and may be offered up to 60 days in advance. Online booking closes 4 hours before the lesson starts; for anything sooner, text or call 530-630-9998. All times use Pacific Time unless the confirmation states otherwise.
The customer must review the named student, service, date, start time, pickup and drop off locations, price, payment status, instructor if assigned, and required documents. A customer who notices an error must use the account or published support channel promptly.
A student's lessons are booked at least 2 days apart so the student can practice between lessons. The office may book a closer date on request, for example before a road test or in an emergency.
Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the customer may cancel or reschedule through the account without a fee. In addition, within 60 minutes after a booking is made, the customer may cancel or reschedule that booking through the account without a fee, even when the lesson starts less than 48 hours later. An eligible lesson credit returns to the same student's account. A timely customer cancellation creates a credit, not a cash refund.
Outside that post-booking window, between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the change is late. The customer may submit evidence of an emergency for review. If Stallion approves the exception, the credit is restored without a fee. Otherwise, the booked lesson is consumed. Restoring it for later use requires the $95 restoration fee.
Outside that post-booking window, less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, cancellation or rescheduling consumes the lesson credit or leaves the full single lesson price due. If Stallion permits the consumed lesson to be restored, the $95 restoration fee must be paid before rebooking.
Each lesson reserves a licensed instructor, a dual-control vehicle and a two-hour slot, often with travel to the pickup point, that usually cannot be filled on short notice. Because the actual loss from a late change, no show or unready student is impracticable or extremely difficult to fix in each case, the customer and Stallion agree that consuming the lesson (or the single lesson price) and the $95 restoration fee are a reasonable estimate of that loss, not a penalty. At any time before the lesson, a documented serious emergency, such as hospitalization, a death in the immediate family, a collision, or a public-safety order, may be submitted for review under the emergency exception process.
A change is complete only when the account displays it or Stallion sends written confirmation. Telling an instructor, leaving a voicemail, or sending an unanswered message does not change the booking.
No shows, late arrival and instructional time
A student is a no show when the student is not present and ready at the confirmed location, cannot be contacted using the confirmed information, leaves before the instructor arrives within the documented arrival window, or arrives more than 25 minutes after the start time. A no show consumes the lesson or leaves the full lesson price due.
- Up to 10 minutes late: the instructor will use the available operating buffer when safe and practical. Student caused time that cannot be delivered is not refundable.
- 11 to 25 minutes late: the lesson may proceed, but only actual instructional minutes are recorded. Missing required minutes must be completed later and may require restoration and rebooking.
- More than 25 minutes late: the appointment is a no show unless Stallion confirms another arrangement in writing.
A lesson cannot be extended when an extension would interfere with another student, instructor hours, vehicle availability, safety, or law. Undelivered minutes are never reported as completed instruction.
Pickup, drop off and service area
The customer must provide a complete, accurate, accessible, and safe pickup address within the published Chico service area. Pickup or drop off edits close 4 hours before the lesson. A requested change is not approved until the account or Stallion confirms it.
In towns that Stallion serves from a set meeting point (currently Oroville and Gridley–Biggs), every lesson starts and ends at an active meeting point of that town shown during booking; door, school or work pickup and drop-off are not offered there. Stallion may add, move or retire meeting points and will confirm the exact place in the booking confirmation.
An unsupported, inaccessible, unsafe, materially different, or out of area location may require a different meeting point or a new appointment. If the student cannot use the approved location inside the late cancellation window, the late cancellation rule applies unless Stallion approves an exception. Any disclosed out of area or special location charge must be accepted before it applies.
Student readiness and required documents
The student must be legally eligible, physically able, and ready to drive at the lesson start. For behind the wheel instruction, the student must present the original valid California learner permit, temporary license, or driver license required for the service. An uploaded image may support advance review but does not replace the original document at the lesson.
The lesson is treated as an unready student cancellation under the less than 24 hour rule when the student cannot safely or lawfully participate because of any of the following:
- A missing, expired, invalid, damaged, unreadable, or legally insufficient permit or license
- Missing corrective lenses or failure to comply with a permit or license restriction
- Alcohol, drugs, medication effects, illness, extreme fatigue, or another condition that makes instruction unsafe
- Unsafe footwear, clothing, behavior, a prohibited item, or refusal to follow a reasonable safety instruction
- Missing parent or guardian authorization when required for a minor
The customer must disclose a condition or accommodation that materially affects safe instruction, but should provide only information reasonably necessary for safety and service planning. The instructor may decline or stop a lesson when continuing would be unsafe or unlawful and must record the objective reason.
Safety, emergencies, accidents and vehicles
Driving instruction involves ordinary road risk. Stallion uses licensed instructors and vehicles that meet applicable requirements, but instruction cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee that the student will avoid a collision, citation, or test failure. Every occupant must wear a seat belt and follow the instructor's safety directions.
The student may not use a handheld device, smoke, vape, possess a weapon or dangerous item, bring an unauthorized passenger, or operate a vehicle while impaired. The instructor may use dual controls, take control, change the route, return to the pickup point, or end the lesson when reasonably necessary for safety.
After a collision, medical event, breakdown, or credible safety threat, Stallion may stop the lesson, contact emergency services, notify the responsible adult, exchange legally required information, arrange transportation or towing, and create an incident record. Reasonable emergency action taken in good faith does not convert customer caused or third party circumstances into completed instruction.
A student owned vehicle may be used only with Stallion's prior written approval. The owner must provide current registration and insurance and must ensure that the vehicle is lawful, clean, mechanically safe, and suitable for instruction or testing. Stallion may refuse the vehicle after a reasonable safety check. The owner remains responsible for the vehicle's condition and ordinary operating costs.
A customer is responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for documented damage, extraordinary cleaning, towing, or replacement cost caused by intentional or reckless conduct, impairment, or conduct outside the driving itself, such as interior damage, spills, or lost keys. A student is not charged for a collision or vehicle damage that happens while driving under an instructor's supervision unless the student acted intentionally, recklessly, or while impaired. Stallion maintains the vehicle insurance required of California driving schools. The customer is not charged for ordinary wear, a school caused mechanical failure, or an unavoidable event for which the customer is not legally responsible.
Student and child safety
Every behind the wheel lesson is given by an instructor licensed by the California DMV. Instructors keep each lesson to its booked purpose and route, may not bring passengers of their own, may not touch a student except as needed for vehicle control, safety, or an emergency, and may not give a minor student gifts, rides, or personal contact outside lessons. A parent or guardian may ride along when a seat is available and should tell Stallion when booking. Sexual harassment by or toward anyone involved in a lesson is prohibited.
Report any concern about an instructor, a student, or anyone else to the owner at Support@stallion-school.com or 530-630-9998; in an emergency call 911. Stallion reviews every report promptly, may remove an instructor from lessons during the review, notifies the parent or guardian of a minor, reports to law enforcement or the DMV when required, and does not retaliate against anyone for a good faith report.
Personal property left in a vehicle
Students should take their belongings at the end of each lesson. Stallion is not responsible for items left in a vehicle except for loss or damage caused by Stallion's own negligence. Found items are held at the office for 30 days and Stallion will message the account; unclaimed items may then be donated or discarded, except permits, identity documents and keys, which are returned to the account holder or the issuing agency.
School changes, weather, force majeure and system errors
Stallion may substitute another qualified instructor or suitable training vehicle without changing the purchased service. Instructor and vehicle preferences are not guaranteed.
If Stallion changes or cancels a lesson because of instructor unavailability, vehicle failure, unsafe weather, an operational problem, or another school controlled reason, it restores the lesson credit and rebooking is free. The restored credit remains valid through the later of its original expiration or 90 days after the cancellation. The customer must allow a reasonable opportunity for replacement performance before requesting a refund.
Wildfire, flood, road closure, government order, utility failure, widespread communications outage, civil emergency, or another event outside reasonable control may delay service. Stallion will restore affected credit or provide reasonable replacement dates. A temporary or safety based interruption does not create a cash refund except when required by law.
The website, booking system, calendar, payment provider, email, dashboard messaging service, or third party platform may occasionally display stale availability, duplicate a request, delay a notice, or fail. Stallion may correct a clear system or clerical error after reviewing the audit record and notifying the customer. The latest confirmed booking record and payment receipt control, subject to applicable law.
Packages, credits, expiration and transfers
A package and its credits belong to the named student. Credits may not be sold, shared, assigned, or transferred to a sibling, relative, friend, or another account unless Stallion approves a correction required by law or needed to fix an account error.
Behind the wheel packages, extra lessons and lesson credits must be used within their validity period from purchase (Diamond and Gold: valid 1 year from purchase; DMV exam: valid 90 days from purchase) unless the order summary states another term or law requires otherwise. The DMV exam package is sold only as one package of two lessons; its lessons are not sold or paid separately. It is paid in full online, or, for a confirmed pay-in-person request, the full cash or check package price is paid to the instructor at lesson 1, before driving begins. Lesson 1 prepares for the test and takes place before the test day. Lesson 2 takes place on the student's DMV road-test appointment date, starts that day and ends no later than 30 minutes after the appointment time, so the customer must book the DMV appointment first and give Stallion its date, time and DMV office. A no-show, an unready student, or a cancellation less than 24 hours before an exam package lesson uses that lesson, and a lesson not taken before the package expires is forfeited. The customer must book early enough to complete the package. Availability is not guaranteed for a particular instructor, date, or time.
A timely cancellation restores an eligible credit. A consumed late cancellation or no show credit is not automatically restored. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except when this agreement or applicable law requires a refund.
Gift codes, referral codes and promotions
A gift code bought from Stallion is a gift certificate under California law. It does not expire, carries no service or dormancy fee, and can be redeemed for the package or lesson named on it at any time, even if the price later changes. The package validity period (Diamond and Gold: valid 1 year from purchase; DMV exam: valid 90 days from purchase) starts only when the code is redeemed. Stallion replaces a lost or undelivered code after verifying the purchase. Where California law gives the holder a right to cash for a remaining balance under $10, Stallion honors it on request at Support@stallion-school.com.
A referral code gives $10 off a new family's first booking paid online. It is limited to one per new family, cannot be used on the referring family's own account, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another promotion unless Stallion confirms otherwise in writing. Promotional, referral and free credits may carry an expiration date shown with the offer; a gift code bought for money never does.
Refunds and credits
Customer choice purchases are final and nonrefundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. A change of mind, move, schedule conflict, instructor preference, failure to obtain or maintain a permit, failure to complete before expiration, DMV result, or decision to use another school does not create a cash refund. When timely cancellation is allowed, the remedy is student account credit. A lesson used by a late change, no show, unready student, or misconduct is not refunded or credited.
A cash refund is limited to:
- A duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge confirmed after review
- Unused lessons that Stallion itself cancels, or cannot deliver because of a problem on Stallion's side, when Stallion chooses a refund instead of free rebooking or no reasonable replacement can be provided during the extended credit period
- A final card network determination or another nonwaivable consumer right
An approved refund is limited to the unearned amount that must be returned and is sent to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Completed instruction, consumed credits, authorized fees, and third party charges remain nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
Fee schedule
| Fee | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Lesson restoration and rebooking | $95 | Restores a late canceled, no show, or unready lesson for later use when Stallion permits rebooking. |
| Replacement completion certificate | $125 | Eligible reissue after identity and record verification. No fee for Stallion's clerical correction. |
| Timely online cancellation or reschedule | $0 | Confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, or within 60 minutes after the booking was made. |
| School caused rebooking | $0 | Stallion changes or cannot safely provide the scheduled lesson. |
DMV tests and third party events
DMV appointments, eligibility decisions, wait times, closures, testing, and results are controlled by the California DMV. The customer must verify the appointment and bring every required document. A DMV delay does not guarantee extended instructor or vehicle time.
A customer caused missed or unusable DMV service follows the late cancellation and readiness rules. A DMV or third party cancellation that does not prevent Stallion from delivering its purchased service is not a school caused cancellation. Stallion does not guarantee that a student will pass a permit or driving test.
For DMV exam package lesson 2, Stallion provides the training vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, and the instructor accompanies the student to the DMV office. If the DMV refuses the Stallion vehicle for a vehicle or paperwork reason within Stallion's control, the change is school caused. If the DMV cancels or moves the road test, or does not conduct it for a reason outside the student's control, Stallion rebooks lesson 2 for the new appointment date at no charge and extends the package validity to that date, when the customer sends the DMV notice within 14 days. The DMV alone decides whether the test is passed.
Certificates, lesson records and instructor notes
Stallion records actual instructional minutes, lesson dates, assigned instructors, services delivered, completion status, and information required for licensing and school operations. Missed or undelivered minutes are not reported as completed. A completion document is issued or processed only after required instruction is complete and the account is paid in full, subject to applicable law.
An eligible replacement completion certificate requires identity and record verification and carries a $125 reissue fee. No fee applies when Stallion corrects its own clerical error. Instructor notes must be objective, relevant to training, safety, readiness, progress, or an incident and must not contain discriminatory or unrelated personal commentary. The practice-hours log is a convenience for the family. It is not a DMV record, and Stallion does not certify supervised practice hours; the parent or guardian remains responsible for the DMV practice certification.
Privacy, documents and record access
Stallion may collect identification and contact information, permit or license images, parent and emergency contacts, booking and payment records, lesson records, instructor notes, communications, uploaded documents, incident records, accommodation information voluntarily provided for service, and technical account logs. Stallion uses this information to verify eligibility, schedule and deliver service, maintain required records, communicate, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, protect safety, and comply with law.
Access is limited to personnel and service providers who reasonably need the information for their assigned work. An instructor may access the student's lesson information and documents needed for safety and eligibility but should not receive unrelated payment or family information. Stallion may disclose records to the customer or authorized guardian, the student when appropriate, the DMV or another regulator, emergency responders, insurers, payment providers, technology vendors, professional advisers, or law enforcement when permitted or required.
Stallion retains records for the period required by law and for reasonable operational, insurance, audit, fraud prevention, and dispute purposes. A deletion or correction request does not require Stallion to erase an accurate record that it must or reasonably needs to retain. The requester must verify identity and authority before receiving or changing protected records.
Stallion will use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and will provide legally required notice if covered personal information is acquired by an unauthorized person. No internet or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers must use approved upload tools, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Privacy notice for the website and app (California)

- Who sees it: permit descriptors, the lens restriction and accommodation notes are visible only to the owner, the office and the student's assigned instructor(s), never to other families or instructors, and are left out of routine data exports.
- Service providers who process it for us: Wix.com (website, accounts, booking, payments, dashboard messages, forms and data storage); the card payment processor connected to Wix checkout; Google Workspace (Google Drive stores uploaded permits, IDs, certificates and other student documents in a private drive that is never shared by link, plus a nightly backup of account records; Gmail sends and stores email); Chatway by Poptin (the website live chat and its automated replies receive the chat text; do not enter permit, ID or card numbers in the chat); Google Analytics, when enabled; and the browser's push-notification service when a user turns on device alerts. They may use the information only to provide their service to Stallion.
- Automated chat: replies in the website chat may come from an automated assistant, not a person. You can ask for a person at any time or text or call 530-630-9998.
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.
- Do Not Track: the website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Stallion does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no advertising sharing to opt out of.
- Third-party tracking: optional analytics or advertising cookies from other companies are used only as described in the website's cookie controls; other sites you reach through our links have their own practices.
Students under 18: the account belongs to the parent or guardian, who controls the student's information, receives records and can review, correct or delete it (subject to records the law requires us to keep). A student under 18 who has a linked login can ask us to remove content they posted in their account; email Support@stallion-school.com. We collect only what is needed to provide lessons, keep required records and keep students safe. The website and lessons are not directed to children under 13, and Stallion does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. A parent who believes a child under 13 submitted information may ask us to delete it at Support@stallion-school.com.
How long we keep it: lesson, certificate and training records for at least 3 years after the last lesson (or longer when the DMV or other law requires); payment and tax records for 7 years; signed agreements and consent records for 4 years after the account's last purchase; permit and license images until the permit is verified and for up to 1 year after the student's last lesson; chat handoff and website contact messages for 2 years; website live-chat conversations (Chatway) for up to 2 years; website analytics as set in the analytics tool (up to 14 months). Records under a legal hold, dispute or incident review are kept until it ends.
Your choices and requests: you can view and update account details in account settings, turn marketing email on or off, and ask for a copy, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing Support@stallion-school.com or calling or texting 530-630-9998. We verify identity and, for a student under 18, parent or guardian authority before acting. We answer within 45 days and do not discriminate against anyone for making a request.
Changes: we post the updated notice here with a new effective date and, for a material change, tell account holders before it applies.
Electronic signatures, accounts and communications
By accepting electronically, the customer agrees to receive this agreement, order summaries, receipts, notices and other records electronically, and agrees that an electronic acceptance or signature has the same effect as a handwritten one under the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act. Viewing and keeping records requires a current web browser, an email account, and a way to save or print web pages or PDF files. The customer may download the agreement from the account at any time or request a free paper copy by emailing Support@stallion-school.com or calling 530-630-9998. The customer may withdraw consent to electronic records by emailing Support@stallion-school.com; withdrawal does not affect records already provided, and Stallion will then handle future bookings and records by phone and paper where practical. The customer must keep a working email address and mobile number on the account and update them in account settings.
Stallion sends service messages about account security, bookings, reminders, document requests, payments, schedule changes, emergencies and service follow-up to the customer's account dashboard (messages) and by email. Stallion does not send text messages to customers; for urgent same-day issues the customer may text or call 530-630-9998. The customer must monitor the account and email for service notices. Consent to promotional email is optional, separately recorded, is not a condition of purchase, and ends with the unsubscribe link or in account settings.
The customer is responsible for account credentials and must not share access with an unauthorized person. Actions completed through an authenticated account may be treated as authorized until Stallion receives notice of compromise. Stallion may require identity verification before changing a student's legal name, guardian, certificate information, or protected records.
Cameras, audio, GPS and promotional media
A Stallion vehicle or business system may use exterior video, location, route, speed, vehicle diagnostic, or safety event data for instruction, safety, incident review, fleet protection, and legal compliance. Stallion will provide reasonable notice before collecting in cabin video or other monitoring that is not apparent. Access and retention are limited to legitimate operational, safety, insurance, training, or legal purposes.
Stallion will not make an audio recording of a confidential communication without the consent required by law. A student or customer may not secretly record a confidential conversation where consent is legally required, interfere with a safety device, or publicly disclose private student or personnel information.
A photo, testimonial, social media, or promotional media release is optional and must be accepted separately. For a student under 18, only the parent or guardian may give or revoke this release, and Stallion does not publish a minor's full name, school, or pickup location. Refusing or later revoking future promotional use does not affect purchased service. Revocation does not require recall of material lawfully published before Stallion received the request, except where law requires otherwise.
Accessibility, accommodations and equal service
Stallion provides service without unlawful discrimination. A student or responsible adult may request a reasonable accommodation through the published support channel. Advance notice is encouraged when an accommodation affects vehicle assignment, instructor preparation, communication method, pickup accessibility, or scheduling.
Stallion will review each request individually and may ask for information reasonably necessary to understand the requested accommodation and safe instruction. Stallion may offer an effective alternative when the exact request would be unsafe, unlawful, unavailable, or would fundamentally alter the service. Safety decisions must be based on objective circumstances, not a protected characteristic.
Website accessibility: Stallion aims for its website and customer account to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The website accessibility statement at /accessibility lists known limitations (including the Wix-hosted login and checkout pages) and how to get help or book by phone or text at 530-630-9998.
Website, booking platform and third party services
Customers may use Stallion's website, account portal, booking tools, payment processor, document upload service, and communication providers only for lawful school related activity. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, scraping, interference, malware, fraudulent payment activity, or misuse of another student's information is prohibited.
A third party platform may have its own privacy, payment, accessibility, and acceptable use terms. Stallion remains responsible for its own commitments but does not control a provider's independent outage, bank processing time, device compatibility, or external website content. Stallion will identify when a customer is leaving its website or purchasing directly from a partner.
Website analytics and necessary cookies may be used for security, account operation, performance, and service improvement. Any optional advertising or marketing tracking should be addressed through the website's current privacy and cookie controls.
Conduct, safety and service termination
This section applies to every student, purchaser, parent, guardian, relative, passenger, guest, or other person who communicates with Stallion, accompanies a lesson, enters a Stallion vehicle or location, uses an account, or acts for the customer. The customer is responsible for accompanying persons.
Stallion may refuse, suspend, end, or permanently terminate service and deny future bookings without prior warning when reasonably necessary to protect safety, property, records, accounts, personnel, customers, or operations. Grounds include:
- Threats, violence, intimidation, stalking, harassment, discriminatory abuse, hate speech, sexual misconduct, or repeated abusive communication
- Unsafe conduct, impairment, a dangerous item, reckless operation, interference with vehicle control, or refusal to follow a reasonable safety direction
- Intentional, reckless, or negligent property damage, theft, tampering, or contamination requiring unusual cleaning or remediation
- Fraud, falsified records, impersonation, payment abuse, unauthorized account access, fabricated evidence submitted to Stallion, or publishing another person's private information (doxxing)
- Repeated disruption, evasion of a suspension through another person or account, retaliation against personnel, or another material policy or legal violation
A lesson stopped or made unusable because of customer side misconduct is consumed. If Stallion ends service because of the conduct of the customer, student, or anyone acting with them, no refund is given: remaining package lessons, credits, and promotional credits are forfeited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Completed services, consumed credits, lawful fees, and documented repair, cleaning, towing, or replacement costs remain due. Stallion may pursue civil remedies and report suspected crimes or safety threats.
Reviews, complaints and false public statements
A good faith complaint, safety report, regulatory report, or honest consumer review is not misconduct. Stallion will not deny service or impose a fee merely because a person expresses an honest negative opinion or exercises a nonwaivable right.
Stallion will not use this agreement to charge, penalize, or end service to anyone because of a review or other statement about Stallion, positive or negative. Stallion may preserve records, request correction, report content to a platform, and use remedies available under general law, which this agreement does not expand. This provision does not require a reviewer to disclose private evidence publicly and does not restrict protected speech.
A person who never accepted this agreement is not bound by it solely because the person posts online. Stallion may still use platform reporting, evidence preservation, a measured public response, professional advice, and lawful legal remedies. Stallion should not disclose confidential student information while responding publicly.
Emergency exceptions, complaints and disputes
An emergency exception request must be submitted through the account or published support channel as soon as reasonably possible, identify the booking, and include available documentation. An exception is not approved until Stallion confirms it in writing. A prior exception does not create a right to another exception.
A customer should submit an internal dispute about a lesson status, fee, payment, credit, record, or document within 14 calendar days after the event or charge so Stallion can preserve and review the available evidence. This internal review period does not shorten a legal limitations period or waive a chargeback, regulatory complaint, or other nonwaivable right. While a payment dispute is pending, affected credits and future bookings may be held to prevent duplicate use or inconsistent accounting.
Stallion will review the booking record, communications, instructor record, payment record, system log, and submitted evidence. The customer may also use any complaint process made available by the California DMV or another regulator. The parties should first attempt a good faith written resolution when practical.
Online driver education and affiliate services
An online course purchased from an independent education partner is governed by the provider's enrollment, cancellation, refund, support, completion, privacy, and certificate terms shown at purchase. Stallion will clearly identify an affiliate relationship and when the customer is leaving Stallion's website. This agreement governs only the services sold or delivered by Stallion unless the order summary expressly states otherwise.
Agreement changes, governing law and general terms
The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. Stallion may update terms prospectively for later purchases and bookings. A material change to an existing package requires legally sufficient notice and consent when consent is required. A safety or legal procedure may take immediate effect when reasonably necessary, but it does not retroactively create a new charge.
California law governs this agreement. Subject to a nonwaivable right or another legally required location, a court proceeding concerning Chico branch services will be brought in the appropriate court in Butte County, California. This agreement does not require private arbitration and does not waive access to small claims court or a regulator.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a permanent waiver. The headings help navigation but do not narrow the terms. Neither the customer nor student may transfer this agreement or credits except as expressly permitted. Stallion may transfer the agreement to a lawful successor that assumes the applicable service obligations. Nothing in this agreement limits Stallion's responsibility for its own fraud, willful injury, gross negligence, or violation of law, or waives any right that California law does not allow to be waived.
How to manage the account or request help

I have read and accept this agreement and the confirmed order summary. I understand the cancellation windows, $95 restoration fee, student readiness requirements, nonrefundability rules, privacy and communication terms, family account responsibilities, safety authority, and consequences of serious misconduct. I confirm that the enrollment information is accurate and that I have authority to accept for the student when required.
